Main duties and responsibilities:

• Motivate, lead and develop the team.
• Manage the rota’s, absences and clock cards for all receptionists.
• Assist with and implement company procedures and required operational standards.
• Be accountable for cost management.
• Effective management of the hotel property management system.
• Train and develop the team to handle all guest queries and or complaints.
• Ensure any guest issues are resolved immediately wherever possible and assist and provide conflict resolution.

Key Skills and Experience

• Previous experience of managing a small team is essential
• Ideally experience in a similar role, with a strong customer service background.

Housekeeping Team Leader

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role will involve leading a team of around 10-12 Housekeeping Assistants, with the team responsible for the cleaning of around 25 lodges on our changeover days.

As the ambassadors of excellent service on our park, our Housekeeping Team Leaders are key to upholding our high guest satisfaction scores and oversee the standards checking and sign off of all lodges prior to guest arrival.

Our Housekeeping Team Leaders need to be confident, organised, enthusiastic, and passionate. To be successful in the role you will need to also be adaptable and flexible, pay attention to detail, and be physically fit.

This is a part-time position. Our changeover days are Monday and Friday, so it’s essential that these days are worked.

14 hours per week (Monday and Friday) – at £9.75 per hour
