With strength and conditioning cardio kit plus a weights area to help you tone too.

Our Instructor Classes
Our instructor lead gym classes are available 7 days a week. Our weekly programme takes place either in the gym, the small studio, or our large studio area. We also run water based classes including aqua jog. Everyone is welcome!

- A 20-metre heated swimming pool with jacuzzi-style spa pool and outdoor hydrotherapy spa pool – perfect for after your gym workout or for a leisurely soak.

Our Evergreen Spa – exclusively for members and residents!
Our beautiful spa has 10 treatment rooms including 2 twin rooms so you can enjoy treatments together.
We’ve carefully selected our choice of products which include Elemis, one of the UK’s most popular skin and body care brands as well as OPI for your nails.
You need to be 16 and over to use the Spa.

- Our leisure club and spa is suitable for all ages including junior and young adults.

- As well as the leisure club, Kenwick is proud to sit right next door Kenwick Golf Club.
- This is a championship standard, 18 hole golf course, par 72, with its Impeccable tees and greens matched with fairways carved through mature woodland.
