Pan seared duck breast served with fondant potato, honey roasted chantenay carrots, steamed kale and black cherry jus

Baked Halibut ‘en papillote’ served with a julienne of fresh vegetables and garlic parmentier potatoes

Pan roasted chicken supreme with pommes anna, smoked bacon, minted petit pois and champagne velouté

Wild mushroom and spinach gnocchi served in a garlic cream sauce with fresh pea shoots
