Inductions & Personal Training

Upon joining, sign up to our Member Wellness programme to keep your fitness on track. A member of the fitness team will help identify your health and fitness needs and create a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals. You may wish to begin exercising for the first time in years, use the gym more frequently or progress from beginner Pilates to improvers Pilates; whatever your personal goals are, our team will be there to guide you with the encouragement, support and motivation you need.

Classes

With so many fitness and relaxation classes each week included in your membership, for all levels and abilities, there is plenty of variety to keep you motivated and on track for achieving your goals.

Two spacious studios fitted with sprung floors is the hub for the majority of the classes on offer, ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation to Spinning, Zumba, Hula Hoop, Boogie Bounce, Body Conditioning and Boxercise.

Our Gym offers a range of equipment for classes such as ‘circuits’ and ‘rig’.

Water based classes in the pool include Aqua Zumba, Aqua Jog and Aqua Blast.

Join your members on a run around Kenwick Park Estate or the town of Louth, just for fun or to keep you focused for a sporting event.
