Just a line on behalf of our members to say how much we enjoyed our recent Week-End away at Kenwick Park
The course was in excellent condition and the greens were superb. The members gave us all a very warm welcome, and the Pro Shop with Eric and his assistant, were prepared and very well organised for our visit.
The catering was also excellent! With our evening meal going down a treat….would you please pass on our thanks and appreciation to your catering staff.
In conclusion, many thanks Jackie for handling our arrangements so professionally, and for making our weekend so enjoyable. It was very much appreciated by us all.

Saturday 9Th May, my daughter’s wedding reception was held at Kenwick Park Hotel.
I am delighted to report that we had a wonderful day, the sun shone, the hotel and grounds looked at their best and your staff, without no exception, were excellent, At different points during the day many of our guests commented positively to me about the demeanour and helpfulness of the bar, catering and reception staff.
In addition I should like to give special praise to Samantha Donner who has guided us skilfully through all the planning process taking care to ensure that the wedding was organised just how we wanted. It must be so tempting to talk people into a standard package but she listened patiently and carefully, gave us good advice and we benefited greatly from her experience.
Also I should like to mention Adam Beevers who on the day directed operations so skilfully. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his calm manner and good humour really helped to ensure that the day progressed without a problem. I am pleased to add that when Will Baker took over in the evening he continued to provide the same quality of service.
Undoubtedly the hotel and grounds are a wonderful asset and a stunning backcloth for an occasion such as this certainly the greatest asset is the staff you are fortunate in employing as it is they who really make such a difference to the overall quality of the experience.
We have endeavoured to thank personally most individuals concerned but I am sure that you would wish to know how much we appreciate the services of your staff.

To All the staff at Kenwick Park,
Adam & I had our wedding reception at Kenwick Park on 6th September & just wanted to say thank you to all the staff working that day who helped to make our day special, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention must go to the Chef who served delicious hot food to all our guests, the soup & baileys cheesecake were particular favourites!! Thanks agian.

Regarding the marriage of:
Suzanne Hammond and Lee Wicks, our daughter in law and son:
Their marriage took place in your hotel on the 19th September 2008. Followed by the recption, which was also held in the hotel.
Thanks to our excellent staff, the wedding was a huge success. Although we were only a small party, ages ranging from four years old to ninety four years old, we were extremely well catered for. The elderly lady was the groom's grandmother, the chef had very thoughtfully given her a small, beautifully presented, meal, (complete with mashed potato) Adam kindly supplied a pillow for her leg. Everybody was impressed with the magnificently prepared dinning room and table, an absolute delight.

Sam, gave us guidance and advice the day before, and was very supportive on the actual day.
Fiona conducted the proceedings very efficiently, she was charming.
The reception staffs at Kenwick were excellent, sorry I don't know their names. On behalf of Susie, Lee (Mr & Mrs Wicks) and all their guests, thank you very much for a perfect day.

We would just like to thank you all very much for giving us such a wonderful day last friday (29th aug) on the occasion of our daughter wedding. Just a line to thank you and your staff for making last Saturday such a perfect day for us, and for Sophie and Gareth. Since we first called in at Kenwick almost a year ago, we have been treated with utmost courtesy and consideration, and are so glad we decided to hold our daughters wedding at your hotel
We are grateful that you were flexible and cooperative in dealing with our requests, and appreciative that you always seemed interested and enthusiastic over our vision for Sophies special day. Indeed, you provided a complete service for us and our guests - in the hotel, the spa and golf club.
On the big day itself, the final piece of the jigsaw - Pascal and his staff produced great food. The Fish & Chip cones and Beef Wellington in particular recieved many compliments!

Dear Lisa,
My business, in the financial services industry, is a client based business where providing advice and solutions in the short term is paramount but also providing an ongoing service and actually delivering that service is as equally important.
Over recent times we have visited a number of local restaurants for special occasions with our close and extended family. Many have left us disappointed on particular parts of our visit. The speed of service, variety of menu, quality of food has all left us with a sour taste in our mouth.
We recently had the opportunity to visit your hotel for a special occasion meal and on arrival we could see that the restaurant was at full capacity.
However this did not stop you delivering excellent service throughout our visit. The variety of menu, quality of food and overall ambience of the restaurant was superb but maybe these should be delivered as standard anyway?
The parts that made your hotel excel was the way you went the extra mile for the out of the ordinary events. The child who did not like anything on a particular part of the menu, and even though the restaurant is running at full capacity, was delt with, with no fuss and the manor of your staff, who were always willing to help the less able move around the restaurant with ease, something we have not witnessed before at other restaurants.
All of the above factors demonstrate that you really do deliver service on an ongoing basis and I will have no hesitation in recommending anyone to your hotel in the future.
