Commis Chef

We currently have a vacancy for a Commis Chef within the Kitchen to join our Brigade of Chefs lead by the Head Chef Pascal Lemonie. We are looking for a self motivated indiviual who has basic cooking knowledge along with basic food preparation knowledge.

The hours will be a minimum of 40 per week working 5 days over 7 some breakfast shifts will also be included. The slary meets minimum national wage standards. Training will be provided internally and externally.

Chef De Partie

We currently have a vacancy for a Chef De Partie at Kenwick Park Hotel. We are looking for a someone who can work well as part of team in a sometimes pressurising and face pace envoironment. You will be in charge of your own section during service and responsible to the Head Chef Pacsal Lemoine. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and the key responisibilities are as follows:

Preparing Cooking and presenting a range of dishes to a high standard

Helping to develop new dishes and menus when required

Food and Hygiene standards are adhered to at all times

Portion and Waste control, to help ensure the profit margins are achieved and maintained.

Food and Beverage Assistants

Beauty Therapist

Kenwick Health & Beauty Centre require a Part Time Beauty Therapist for 16 hours per week to include Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays depending on the departmental rota.

The 6 treatment room beauty centre is long established and offers Clarins, Elemis & Jessana treatments and products along with a range of alternative therapies, waxing, manicure and pedicure treatments.
